Yes, there is a way to get three combat phases with Aurelia and Legion's initiative. Your first combat. Start your third combat. Absinthe makes the heart grow fonder. Oh I've got it. You don't even need silly amounts of mana. Have Aurelia down, have something they can't block down preferably invisibile stalker, but it only needs to survive to untap so the hexproof may not be essential.

X attacks, Y attacks, the my first Aurelia attacks. I choose not to attack with A2 so that battle phase ends and A1's effect kicks in and X,Y, and A1 are untapped and a new battle phase begins.
I attack with X, Y, and A1 then attack with A2 for the first time this turn. Her effect would then kick in untapping the first three monsters and starting another battle phase where I can again attack with all four or however many I choose.
